Welcome to my first Flue & Ducting Ltd newsletter! Here, I will be sharing updates, insights, and a glimpse into the inner workings of our company.

From Humble Beginnings to Great Heights
Twelve years ago, Flue & Ducting Ltd started in a small mill in Stockport with just one Dura Flue Machine. Offering flexible flue liners in two diameters and one grade of steel, along with a handful of accessories, we began our journey. Over the years, we have grown exponentially, now operating from three locations across the UK, including Northern Ireland. Our product range has expanded to include thousands of items, from various diameters of flue to Eco-design ready stoves and our own brand of twin-wall flue. The growth of our brand, Dura Flue, has been nothing short of phenomenal.

Like any business, we have faced our fair share of challenges. From navigating the complexities of COVID-19, to grappling with the supply chain disruptions and the energy crisis and now, we are witnessing a downturn in high-ticket retail products. However, in every challenge lies an opportunity. We are committed to forging a stronger partnership with our installers and retailers to not only survive but thrive together.

We are excited to introduce a new service called PayPal Pay in 3. This free service enables you to spread the cost of your purchases over three months, interest-free. By partnering with us, you can order stock as needed and pay for it over time, providing a lifeline for managing cash flow amidst challenging circumstances.
