DELIVERY DETAILS
ORDERING
Ordering is available 24/7 here at Flue & Ducting via email at [email protected] (any orders sent to any other email address will not be processed).
Through our website www.flue-ducting.co.uk NB: Please contact us before ordering online so we can set up your account.
Orders can also be placed over the phone between 9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday on 0161 480 2994 or by fax on 0161 332 8373.
Please use product codes when ordering and specify any special delivery instructions clearly.
DELIVERY
- Next day delivery is FREE of charge for all orders over £500.00 + VAT & placed before 1pm
- Orders under £500.00 + VAT are charged at £25.00 + VAT as standard for pallets or van deliveries
- Economy delivery service charged at £16 + vat on orders under £500 + VAT. 2-3 working days for delivery
Special delivery requests and timed deliveries are subject to price on application.
HIGHER RATE POST CODES
For orders that are under £500 + VAT you will be charged the full delivery rate (listed below);
Orders that are over £500 + vat we will share the delivery cost equally with you (50/50).

- GY1-8 & JE 1-4 – £142.50 (4 DAYS)
- GY9-10 – £233 (5-7 DAYS (TO QUAYSIDE ONLY CONSIGNEE COLLECTS))
- IM 1-9 – £148 (4 DAYS)
- BT1-18 – £61.70 (2-3 DAYS)
- BT19-94 – £64.75 (2-3 DAYS)
- DUBLIN & KILDARE – £74.50 (2-3 DAYS)
- REST OF NOTHERN IRELAND- £86.50 (3-4 DAYS).
Where possible Flue & Ducting Ltd will always try and deliver using our own vehicles. However, if this is not possible you will receive your items either by an overnight Parcel or Pallet delivery service. When an order is placed on a next day delivery service, we are informed by all our carriers that you will receive your orders between the hours of 8am – 6pm. Flue & Ducting Ltd are informed by all carrier services that although the service you pay for is classed as ‘next day’ this is not a guaranteed service.
All orders required for next day delivery must be received by 1.30pm. If an order is received after this time, every attempt will be made to despatch that day but this cannot be guaranteed.
DAMAGES
If an item arrives to you damaged, please report to Flue & Ducting Ltd immediately and sign as ‘damaged’ with the delivery driver on receipt. Flue & Ducting Ltd will endeavour to replace or refund damaged products ASAP. Photographic evidence of the damage will be gratefully received and can lead to the replacement process being shortened.
Flue & Ducting Ltd cannot take responsibility If a delivery is received damaged and not reported immediately or signed as such upon receipt.
CHIMNEY POTS
Due to the fragile nature of chimney pots we are unable to ship using an overnight carrier service. On request we can despatch your chimney pot order on a pallet for a standard pallet rate of £45.00 + VAT.
CUTTING DURA FLUE
DURA FLUE chimney liner should only be cut with our DURA FLUE knife. Flue & Ducting Ltd cannot take responsibility for any damage or uncoiling of your liner if attempted to be cut or tampered with using any other product or tool. The DURA FLUE knife is available from stock. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this matter.
DROP SHIPPING
We offer a drop ship service for our customers who have an online presence, all pallets sent via drop ship to a residential address will be charged at £50 + vat and all parcels at £20 + vat. Higher rate post codes apply as per the terms and prices below.
RETURNS
After you have received your delivery, we hope that you will be happy with the purchase that you have made and that it will be fit for the install as you require. However, we are aware that sometimes this may not be the case for whatever reason, it could be as simple as it is not the part you required.
Therefore, we are happy for you to return the goods if they are in the original packaging and free from any damage (re-saleable condition) within 30 days of purchase.
Upon receiving the goods back, we will inspect them for any damage. If the goods are found to be damaged, Flue & Ducting Ltd cannot take responsibility for this and a refund may be refused.
Once inspected, should Flue & Ducting Ltd find the goods to be in a re-sellable condition, we will issue a full refund (minus the cost of carriage incurred by Flue & Ducting Ltd). The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the goods back to us. However, this is usually done within the same working week.
