      Flue & Ducting Ltd specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of commercial flue and process exhaust systems for coffee roasting applications throughout the UK.

      Our standard coffee roaster flue kit has been developed for typical vertical installations and comprises a 3 metre straight vertical through the roof system, complete with a 90o tee incorporating sweeping and inspection access. From this starting point, every system can be tailored to suit the exact requirements of the project, including additional chimney height, offsets, wall penetrations, structural supports, cyclones, smoke filters, and emission control equipment.

      From artisan coffee roasteries to large-scale commercial production facilities, we provide fully engineered stainless steel flue solutions designed to suit the specific airflow, temperature, and operational requirements of each project.

      Our in-house technical team offers a comprehensive design and specification service, producing bespoke flue layouts for new installations, refurbishments, and emission control systems. Whether your project incorporates cyclone separators, smoke filters, catalytic afterburners, or thermal oxidisers, we can design a complete flue system to suit your equipment and building layout.

      Available in both single wall process duct and insulated twin wall chimney systems, our products are manufactured in diameters from 60mm to 500mm, making them suitable for everything from small batch roasting equipment to industrial coffee roasting plants.
