We had the honour of attending Hearth & Home 2019 earlier this month, where we exhibited a fantastic display of innovative products and developments.
We were able to show new and existing customers all of our new products, designs and take them through our new brochure as well. We also registered new and existing customers on our trade only login website so that they can order from us 24/7 to improve efficiency.
Customers were shown how we manufacture DURA FLUE in every diameter from 50mm to 650mm ID and informed about the same and next day delivery of all of our products from four locations across the UK. We also gave live demonstrations of our SabetoFLEX, a lead replacement roof flashing that customers loved, saying that they were astounded by its capabilities.
The launch of the latest of our SIA Ecodesign Ready stoves, The Lowry, from The Woodford Collection, also went down a storm. The smallest stove in this range gives our customers a real choice of fantastic clean burning multi-fuel stoves. Other new Woodford Collection products were also on show, including our new LED Light Rail that fits above the stove chamber to light it up and show off the stove, even when it is not lit. We have also added three new chambers, three new hearths and a set of solid wood beams to this premium range. All the chambers and hearths are made from handpicked Italian tiles and give an exceptionally high quality finish to any installation.
Inspection length Twin Wall sections, cuttable Twin Wall lengths and fully adjustable starter lengths from our popular DTW range of Twin Wall insulated flue were also on show for all the fitters to get their hands on and to see for themselves the unrivalled quality of the product. After five years of selling DTW, some customers still did not realise that we sell a version that has a very special matt black paint finish. The paint in question is scratch proof and has a true matt finish which colour matches the vast majority of stoves on the market, including all the biggest brands such as Contura.
Ryan Hancock, MD, said: “We love attending Hearth & Home and anyone who doesn’t is really missing out. It’s the only dedicated event for the whole year in our industry so why not attend and showcase your products or to see all the latest products on the market.
“Every year we meet existing customers which is very important and we create new business as well. There are so many fantastic people in this industry and it’s a pleasure to come here year after year, every year. The show never fails to completely surprise and impress me.
“We’re all about the customer, service and quality and that’s it. The more we can meet our customers so that they can see how passionate we are as a company, the better.”
Paul Hancock, BDM, added: “Hearth & Home is s a long way to travel to from our Somerset depot so I really appreciated seeing so many new and existing customers at our stand. One of the most popular new items was the Italian tiled chamber, which a few customers ordered for their own homes as well as the showrooms. Our new, slightly smaller Woodford Lowry stove was also very well received and we took many pre-orders. Overall, it was a great show with a positive response to our new and existing products.”
